How do I track my order?
 

When you are checking out and making a purchase and wish for you parcel to be registered and tracked please add this request in the notes area provided.

All other sales with no notes added will be shipped using Australia post. 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We use Australia post to ship our orders with a flat rate of $10 per sale to cover the costs of shipping.

If you are a local to the area customer we will deliver directly to your door ourselves to ensure that you get the fastest delivery possible.

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Our return policy is we will refund you your purchase amount once the item returns back to the store via postal or yourself. only if the item is faulty will you receive a full refund or credit note. If you have simply made the wrong choice we will give you a credit note to be used in store.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

If you need to contact courier for tracking purposes, we ask that you contact the Maci Team so that we can forward on the tracking identification number as well as any other details you may require.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

At this stage we do not operate internationally but it is something we may look into in the future

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We will refund if the item is faulty but if u have made the wrong choice in style. colours or sizing we will offer and exchange to the same value or a in store credit that you may use in the near future.
